This Privacy Policy explains how Pro Pelo Y Belleza S.L., trading as CabelloTotal (cabellototal.es), collects and uses your personal data when you visit our online store or place an order. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What personal data we collect

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, telephone number.
• Delivery and billing address: used to deliver your order and issue invoices.

• Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout, such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not store your full card details.

• Marketing preferences: whether you have agreed to receive our marketing emails.

4. Who we share your data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who need it to help us run the store, and only to the extent necessary:

• Shopify: the platform that hosts our store and checkout.
• Payment processors: to process your payment securely.
• Delivery couriers: to deliver your order in Spain or Portugal.
• Email service providers: to send order confirmations and, with your consent, marketing emails.

These providers act as data processors under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law or to competent authorities.
